A maternity report does not confirm delivery services or staffing, and an ICU report does not confirm ventilators or specialist availability. Tell the receiving hospital what the clinical team has requested and let it confirm what it can provide.
Check freshness before calling
Read the update time next to each report. No recent report, an old count and a report of not admitting are not interchangeable. A hospital missing from OpenBed may still have capacity; the list includes only participating facilities' reports.
The order can reflect report freshness or straight-line distance, depending on your chosen controls. It does not rank clinical suitability, hospital quality or likelihood of admission.
Hospital admission and referrals in Lagos
Call the facility to confirm current capacity and its admission process. Referring and receiving clinicians coordinate any patient transfer directly. OpenBed does not book a bed, arrange transport, handle patient details or quote admission costs.
Is this a list of all Lagos hospitals?
